Villa Nolen: A Luxurious Caribbean Retreat

Villa Nolen, also known as VEN, is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa located in the picturesque hills of Grand Cul de Sac. It is newly renovated, and boasts breathtaking views of the lagoon and the ocean beyond. This Caribbean-style villa is filled with local touches and modern amenities in a contemporary setting.

The main level features a large dining terrace that connects to the pool area with loungers and a daybed in the sun. There is also a large, shaded terrace that provides ample seating, and the open main room is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans, and has a cozy seating area as well as a modern kitchen with a breakfast island. The master bedroom is just off the living room and comes with a European king-sized bed, a large his-and-hers dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The other three bedrooms are on the lower level and can be accessed from both parking and pool side. The first bedroom has a European king-sized bed and a Caribbean, ensuite bathroom. This bathroom connects and is shared with the kid’s room with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a European king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. A large, covered terrace stretches out in front of all three rooms and can be an ideal spot to take a nap.

Villa VEN is perfect for families with children, as well as couples vacationing together. It comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Bucket, the villa can only be rented as a 4-bedroom.
